Units 12-14, Former Dunlop Site, TVTE for Red Forrest:

We are commissioned by the Red Forrest Group to provide alterations and internal fit out to three of the Units previously provided to UK Land.  Planning Application is about to be made.

An old industrial unit next to the Tyne Bridge is being converted into a contemp-orary Indian restaurant,  now open.
