The brief was to develop a multi-use space capable of accommodating self access residential and commercial storage facilities. The new 90,000 sq ft warehouse is branded as Fergyspace and becomes part of the Blyth based Ferguson Group.

The development also included a new head office for Fergusons Blyth Limited.
