WATFORD FC

TTH is responsible for the design of the current redevelopment of Vicarage Road for Watford FC. The project will increase capacity to 23,000, improve facilities and provide high quality hospitality areas.

The scheme will result in a brand new East Stand, with community and education facilities, upgraded Rous and Rookery Stand facilities and a new South West Corner and West Stand with changing areas, TV studio/Match Control and Media centre.

Uniquely, the project also involves a keyworker housing scheme being built in conjunction with Origin Housing.
