TTH Architects have been involved in a number of Primary Healthcare facilities, including Health Centres incorporating ancillary facilities such as minor treatment, physiotherapy, gymnasia, pharmacies, etc at the Village Surgery, Cramlington and Albion Road, North Shields and other examples at Percy Street, Tynemouth and Seaton Delaval.

TTH Architects most recently completed work to convert part of the former Co-operative building in Gateshead for the Metro Interchange GP Surgery, incorporating new waiting areas, consulting and treatment rooms, staff and storage facilities.
