BREEAM EXCELLENT

The newly completed, Arms Evertyne House office development in Blyth has achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.

The scheme features energy efficient strategies such as inferred lighting controls and uses measures to assist the local ecology. The development also retains part of the Blyth Railway Staithes within its site, once a prominent feature of the Blyth Quayside area.

BREEAM addresses wide-ranging environmental and sustainability issues and enables developers and designers to prove the environmental credentials.
