NEARLY THERE...

Works are nearly complete on the Arms Evertyne House office development in Blyth.

The building will provide 1500m2 of much needed lettable space in the developing Blyth Quayside area.

As well as Architects, TTH also acted as BREEAM assessor and consultant, and it is expected that the building will have BREEAM Excellent status confirmed shortly.
